Workshop

At CH Pumps, we take pride in operating a state-of-the-art testing facility backed by a team of highly trained technical specialists. Our expertise allows us to deliver a wide range of on-site services, including the assembly of pump sets, motor control centres, testing, performance monitoring, and repairs.

Our fully equipped workshop can test centrifugal (surface) pumps with power ratings up to 55kW, and flow capacities up to 450 m³/h. We utilize both mechanical and digital instrumentation to accurately measure critical parameters such as flow rate and head. We recognize the vital role of reliable water transfer systems. That’s why we offer real-time monitoring, data recording, and feedback, ensuring fast turnaround times and complete transparency throughout the testing and repair process.

Installations

Installing pump equipment correctly is critical to ensuring reliable operation and long-term performance.   • Sufficient Space & Accessibility: Allocate adequate space for the pump and ensure access for future maintenance activities.

  • Environmental Conditions: Inform us of any environmental factors such as high-pressure washdowns, exposure to chemicals, or extreme elements that could affect installation or equipment performance.

  • Permit Requirements: Notify us in advance if special access permits or safety clearances are required.

  • Power Source Accessibility: Confirm the proximity and availability of electrical or other power sources.

  • Pipework Preparation: Ensure that all necessary pipework is correctly installed and ready for equipment integration.
